Wisdom is something that is learned. It is Heart PLUS Smarts.

Being “feeling” is the norm now a days but the majority of our feelings are divorced from thought. We also have issues galore when it comes to being accountable and responsible for our feelings for the most part.

If allowed, most of us would seek only for Love’s peace and Love’s pleasures, when Love’s ways are actually steep and hard, in order for us to learn the passions of our Hearts.

“Enabling” and “empowering” are two different things.

The Law operates through our subconscious levels and understanding what we’ve got going on in these levels, is where understanding and insight begins.

If we would concentrate of studying how we got to where we are, how we attracted what we have, then we could make some progress. As the info has been presented, it is much like putting a band-aid on a broken arm.

There are 3 levels of mind: instinct, intellect and intuition. Humanity as a whole and a collective, has been using intellect directed by instinctual desires. This level has to be overcome. Intellect must become the tool of our Intuition.

And Intuition is not a mental exercise.

Also I have heard a rumour that he will be in LA at the end of January looking for teachers for the film. Any ideas on how one can submit?

I wonder…exactly “where” does the recognition and realization of the Law of Attraction enter into this discussion of ‘judgment’? Where is the accountability and responsibility for the thoughts in our heads and the resultant energy we direct into motion (e-motion) as a consequence of entertaining those thoughts?

Universal Law states that if I think I am helpless, then reality will reflect that belief back to me and situations and circumstances will be attracted into my life that mirror that mirror and conform to my attitude about myself.

If I think “victim”, then I have called upon the Universe for someone to “victimize” me. If I yearn to be a “hero”, then I have called upon the Universe for the roles of “victim” and “villein” to be played out, too. None of these roles can come into creation without the other two.

The source of our confusion is an idea of separation. This idea separates an experience from the person experiencing it. And this is a false view of reality. For the experience has been attracted to the person experiencing it. This is what the Law of Attraction is all about.

Understanding purposeful Creation helps, too. The purpose of being “squeezed” is to find out what’s within us. Upon finding out we do not possess substance of character, we are given opportunities to develop some.

The “pure” love you mention…this love has nothing to do with supporting fear or self doubt. Fear, self doubt and self denial are all expressions of Love’s negation.

“Judgment” goes with assigning blame. Taking responsibility is empowering, assigning blame is not.

I’ll share a recent story…

I looked up into the face of my anesthesiologist. Her face was a mask of anxiety and there were tears in her eyes.

“Something happened” she said. “I hit a vein and the anesthetic went straight to your brain. You went into grand mal seizures on the operating table.”

“I feel fine. I’m OK”, I responded. “It was just a mistake. I’m human, too, and that means making mistakes. I’m fine, there’s been no harm. Everything is “ok”. I’m just a little disappointed I didn’t have surgery today, because that means I have to wait longer before I can go home.”

Since I was the one on the operating table, I guess I was “struggling to survive”. I scared the hell out of a lot of Doctors. I could also tell there was real concern over being sued.

When the idea didn’t even enter my mind.

It was more important to Humanity, that I extend Understanding and Forgiveness, for I know what it’s like being human, too.

Compassion is our downfall. We express Sympathy for victims but no Compassion for perpetrators.

How funny, it seems a book being given to high schools right now, i just got it and read it starting yesterday is….”Life As We Knew It”, by Susan Beth Pfeffer.

Says a lot about your thoughts in the second paragraph, I think, at least it is an extension of the same thoughts….

Rhonda Byrne has never made an official statement on which film came first and neither has Douglas Vermeeren the producer of The Opus. Both films claim to stand independent one from another, although most people consider the Opus the Secret’s sequel. (How intriguing it is to consider that it may actually be chronologically the other way around.)

The Books
The secret book was released in many markets at the conclusion of 2006, but saw most of it’s success in 2007. The book based on The Opus is yet to be released. Some reports have suggested The Opus book will be coming out through Random house in early 2010.

And yes, I do believe all the technology is choking us… I will never forget when the northern East coast lost power from a brown out. It was the end of the summer in 2002 (I think) . It only lasted 6 hours, but it was quiet and the night was dark… you could feel the air breathe… it was beautiful.

So my point is whatever color a zebra is … it’s still a zebra and just as tasty to the lion.

I’m inclined to believe our brains are pre-wired to pick out differences in others. It’s instinctive, something we can’t help. However, how we treat those perceived “differences” is a learned behavior and, as history proves, that behavior is most often appalling.

Looking at a herd of zebras, a lion can’t tell one zebra from another no more than we can. The lion does not even see white animal with black stripes or a black animal with white stripes. But the lion is pre-wired to look for differences – the slower, the weaker, or that one zebra day dreaming away from the rest of the herd, i.e., the one that “appears different” from the others around them.

This ability is essential to its survival, its meal ticket. I suspect so was the same for our common ancestors. Like the lion, our brains are pre-wired to perceive differences. What ever our color, we had to eat.

As for me, a blind person knowing of my heritage would say I am non-white, while an uninformed sighted person would say I am white. What color am I? Maybe I’m a zebra.

Which means before we seek and create; we need to have a purpose….
